Any coNCePTuaL program that uses the LOGS
keyword (see Writing to a log
file) will produce a log file as it runs. The coNCePTuaL
run-time library writes log files in a simple, plain-text format.
In addition to measurement data, a wealth of information is stored
within log-file comments. coNCePTuaL comes with a tool, ncptl-logextract, which can
extract data and other information from a log file and convert it
into any of a variety of other formats.
